The school has a four-year licence from the Council for Private Education (CPE) under the Enhanced Regulatory Framework (ERF). The licence has a long life, to the end of 2016.

A sole proprietorship 'The British International School' is registered with ACRA, the Singapore business registration authority, and is included in the package.
The curriculum is easily extendable with good school branding that does not restrict course subjects or target learners. It could be extended towards English language courses, government school curriculum tuition, business training or other areas.
